Will I be charged during the trial?
No. Your card is captured for verification but not charged until day 14. You'll receive reminder emails on days 7, 11, and 13 before the charge.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Cancel Trial. One click, takes effect immediately. No charge if you cancel before day 14.
What happens on day 14?
We send three reminder emails in advance. On day 14, your card is charged and your subscription begins. Your CPA is formally assigned and you receive a welcome email.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What if my card is declined on day 14?
We retry automatically on days 16 and 18. If it still fails, your account enters a 14-day grace period to update your payment method.
What about refunds?
Annual plans: no refunds but we can pause for up to 3 months. Monthly plans: current month is non-refundable. Contact us and we'll work it out.
Is CPA filing included?
No. Software subscriptions and CPA filing are separate. Filing is a real-world professional service billed per return ($99 / $199 / $349–$499). Family Office includes one simple filing per year.
Your ledger remains exportable for 18 months after cancellation. Tax returns already filed are always yours. By starting a trial you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
